Der Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Bindella (85% Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), 15% Colorino del Valdarno, Canaiolo nero und Mammolo) der Tenuta Vallocaia Sangiovese ist unverändert zum 2018 typisch Vino Nobile, kräutrig, lang anhaltend, saftig, trinkig und trotz 14 % nicht alkoholisch, begeistert zu vielen Speisen aber vor Allem als Solist, bestellt habe ich den Wein über die MERUM Degubox SEI.
