Der Toscana Casentio von Poggiotondo, hat weiche Tannine, ist säurearm mit schöner Sangiovesefrucht, passte gestern hervorragend zum Bisteccha Fiorentina mit Spinat, getrunken habe ich den Wein im Restaurant La Vite in Bibbiena.
